An illegal alien, who murdered five people over a two day period is now looking at the death penalty for his crimes. Pablo Serrano-Vitorino allegedly murdered four people in Kansas and the next day allegedly murdered Randy Nordman in Missouri the next day. A judge ruled that Serrano-Vitorino had to face charges in Missouri first. If he receives the death penalty, Kansas could decline to prosecute. Since there is no statute of limitation on murder, Kansas could always try him in the future, should he ever get out of prison in Missouri.
Serrano-Vitorino is an illegal alien from Mexico. Take that Vicente Fox. He was in the United States illegally at the time of the murders. However, law enforcement missed several chances to detain him and deport him back to Mexico, He was arrested for a domestic battery charge in June of last year and again in September, when he was picked up for a traffic offense. He was arrested again for a traffic offense. ICE was notified but they screwed up and sent the detainer order to the wrong jail and Serrano-Vitorino went free again.
On the first day of his rampage, Serrano-Vitorino, allegedly murdered his neighbor, Michael Capps, 41, and three others – Jeremy Waters, 36, and brothers Clint, 27, and Austin Harter, 29.
Serrano-Vitorino is a prime example of the consequences of the open borders policy of Obama and the liberals. He had previously been deported but had no trouble entering the country again. Kansas has not made a decision on his prosecution yet.
