Millions of Americans have been patiently waiting eight long years for one thing for the Obama administration’s assault on our country: consequences.
It has seemed that every day of those eight years we were informed of yet another off-the-wall action taken by the most corrupt, unethical administration in modern-day America. A day didn’t go by where we didn’t feel assaulted by the changes the Obama administration made, from releasing criminals back onto the streets by unwarranted pardons to violating our immigration laws and letting in thousands upon thousands of illegals, many of them carrying contagious diseases and sent to live in our communities and to sit next to our not sick children in schools.
This administration has been shot down over 50 times by courts for violating the constitutional Separation of Powers, and more than once we saw the president ignored the rulings and continued to do what they were doing.
We witnessed things we never dreamed in a million years would happen. We thought that the first black president would be the post racial president, but instead we got a racist in the White House, and we were afraid to say so, for fear of being labeled a racist ourselves.
It was like a daily dose of alternate universe time where up was down, front was back, left was right, and in was out. Hardly anything made sense coming from these people. We had a Justice Department that cared more for violent thugs than they did hard-working police, and two Attorneys General who openly displayed disdain for our country’s traditions and norms and played the race card as often as they felt they would get away with it.
The government colluded with the mainstream news media who covered up as best they could a daily assault on our liberties and excoriated us as enemies of the state if we disagreed with the administration’s policies.
The final major assault collectively witnessed was when Obama told us that a nuclear deal with Iran stopped the Islamic Fundamentalist regime from obtaining nuclear weapons even though when you read the deal it said they would be legally allowed to get nuclear weapons if they simply waited a number of years.
Daily lies, distortions, smear campaigns, whittling away at the foundations of our country, fundamentally transforming us away from capitalism, and it seemed like it would never end.
But it is going to end. And it seems now that all those bad actors, the administration, the members of the Democratic Party and the mainstream news media who helped them all along are now powerless. Thanks to Obama the Democrats have been left controlling nothing and the mainstream media has been exposed as the lying weasels we always new they were, only now people can feel it in the air, they now know that most other Americans know it and agree with them that they completely rejected the last eight long years. The Left is now reaping what they have sown.

The Obama years worked out pretty well for Obama. Other Democrats? Not so much. In fact, Obama has left his party in a pile of smoking ruins.
The New York Post reports:
Obama’s legacy is a devastated Democratic Party
As President Obama concludes his reign of error, his party is smaller, weaker and ricketier than it has been since at least the 1940s. Behold the tremendous power that Democrats have frittered away — from January 2009 through the aftermath of Election Day — thanks to Obama and his ideas:
- Democrats surrendered the White House to political neophyte Donald J. Trump.
- US Senate seats slipped from 55 to 46, down 16 percent.
- US House seats fell from 256 to 194, down 24 percent.
- Democrats ran the Senate and House in 2009. Next year, they will control neither.
- Governorships slid from 28 to 16, down 43 percent.
- State legislatures (both chambers) plunged from 27 to 14, down 48 percent
- Trifectas (states with Democrat governors and both legislative chambers) cratered from 17 to 6, down 65 percent.
Since Franklin Delano Roosevelt, eight presidents have served at least two terms or bowed to their vice presidents due to death or resignation. Among them, Obama ranks eighth in total state legislative seats that his party preserved during his tenure.
Obama has supervised the net loss of 959 such Democratic positions, down 23.5 percent, according to Ballotpedia, which generated most of the data cited here. This far outpaces the 843 net seats that Republicans yielded under President Dwight Eisenhower.
In some ways, Obama did the RNC’s job for them.
His drive to push America to the left got more Republicans elected than America has seen in decades.
