Liberals are cheering the way that Ruth Bader Ginsberg is attacking Donald Trump. Come November it could be Donald Trump and the republicans who cheer Ginsberg. She has disqualified herself from voting on any part of a Trump agenda. The reason judges do not get involved in politics is that it puts them in a position of of a conflict of interest. According to the rules, a judge cannot sit in judgement of someone they have personal animosity to. There is no doubt that’s exactly what Ginsberg has done.
She can’t sit in on any case involving the Trump agenda, participate in discussions or vote on them. She has essentially neutered herself. Her best option is to retire. That would mean Trump would get to pick two new justices and would guaranty conservative dominance as far as the Supreme Court is concerned. If she doesn’t resign, the liberals still lose her vote. For liberals it’s the worst of both worlds.
To maximize the problems the liberals have is that her attacks are so pathetically ineffective. If anything, she will help Trump win the presidency. Republican voters who are hesitant to vote for Trump might be persuaded if it means taking over control of the Supreme Court and with perceived problems that are associated with Ginsberg and wine. Not to mention her proclivity of falling asleep during SOTU messages.
If you haven’t found a good reason to vote for Trump yet, you might want to consider this one.
