Supreme Court Rejects Obama On Immigration Executive Order

If President Barack Obama and Democrats needed another reminder that his legacy and policy victories are not set in stone, a federal appeals court provided it this week when it blocked his immigration initiatives. As many Americans ask themselves, What is the hurry to do this? I can only think it is to ease deportation threats for around 5 million undocumented immigrants that vote Democrat.

According to CNN:

The Supreme Court rejected Monday a request from the Obama administration to rehear a case concerning its executive actions on immigration, dealing another blow to the President’s attempt to put in place programs aimed at helping more than 4 million undocumented immigrants. Without comment, the court denied the request, handing a victory to Texas and 25 other states who challenged the programs arguing they represented an unauthorized abuse of presidential power. Although the Supreme Court will not take up the case again for now, it has been returned to the District Court Judge in Texas.

The administration turned to the Supreme Court, hoping it will reverse the lower court and blunt criticism from those who believe Obama has gone too far in his effort to enact change. But to the many who feel this is  another Executive Order stretch to benifit Democrats down the road. By admitting more to the welfare roles now in place, it can assure Democrats down the road from never loosing office again. A Dependent population on the government is the goal of Obama. What do you think?
