TWISTED: Army Vet And Boyfriend Laugh While Killing PTSD Service Dog [GRAPHIC VIDEO]

A female army veteran allegedly tied her dog to a tree and then shot the dog five times at close range, as her soldier boyfriend filmed the incident, it is claimed. Marinna Rollins was reportedly given the animal after she was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and mental health problems.

Disturbing footage has surfaced which appears to show Rollins, dressed in a pink bra top, tying the dog to a tree before aiming a gun at the animal, dubbed Camboui.

The dog was then shot five times with a rifle, according to court documents. Rollins, 23, and her boyfriend Jarren Heng have been charged with animal cruelty and conspiracy over the incident.

Court documents state that the 23-year-old teamed up with Heng, who is stationed at Fort Bragg according to a police warrant. The couple then allegedly tied the dog to a tree and took turns filming the white and gray pitbull dog, Camboui – referred to as Cam or Cammy – throughout, the New York Post reports.

At one point on the footage, Heng says: “Let me hit him once.” As the dog lies on the ground twitching, Rollins is heard to say: “That’s his nerves going.”

After the alleged killing, it is claimed the pair dumped the dog’s body in a shallow grave in nearby woods. The couple has claimed they were putting the dog out of its misery as it was suffering from an illness before its death, on April 16 or 17.

Rollins is believed to have joined the army in February 2014 and been medically retired in January. She spent time in South Korea and served as a multimedia illustrator, the Fayetteville Observer reports. It is unclear when the couple got together.

Earlier this month Rollins began writing on Facebook that the animal would be going to a new home soon where he would be “much happier.”

Footage of the alleged shooting was posted on a Facebook page titled “Justice For Cam.” Moderators for the page wrote: “As graphic as the videos are, they tell Camboui’s story, that he was unable to do.
