In a world gone mad, it is almost impossible to think things can get much worse. Political correctness will be the death of this nation. The gender identity “crisis” is worsening by the minute, and now the U.S. Military is falling into the craziness. The United States Marine Corps is now adopting “gender neutral” position titles. I do understand that there are women in the Corps, but this is getting to be more absurd.
The word ‘man’ is being taken out of 19 job titles with the United States Marine Corps, it was reported this week.
The word ‘Marine’ will instead take the spot of the word ‘man’ for 15 job titles, according to a report from The Washington Post.

Marine rifleman Sgt. Geoff Heath told the Post: ‘On one hand, the name changes from “man” to “person” or whatever they want to call it doesn’t really matter.
‘They could call mortarmen bakers for all I care.
‘But on the other, it’s a direct reflection on society’s crybaby political correctness.’
The official reveal will likely happen soon, the newspaper reported.
Defense Secretary Ash Carter ordered the military in December to open all military jobs to women, including the Marine Corps and special operations forces like Navy SEALs and Army Green Berets.
During a visit to Newport, Rhode Island, in late May, Carter was asked whether job titles that end in ‘man’ should change throughout the military. Former army intelligence specialist Kayla Williams told Stars and Stripes: ‘All of these steps making job titles gender neutral, like the change from fireman to firefighter, are really important to help young girls understand they can grow up to tackle any challenge they are qualified to do.’
I do believe that in the military most servicemen and women do not look at the job title name as a reflection of who they are, but the bigger picture is the message we are sending out to other countries, and to our own. That we are more focused on the name we call ourselves, instead of the real issues at hand. I also wonder when our U.S. Government will start to require women to enter the draft? I wonder how many women would whine and cry about their gender then? Just something to think about.
