Volunteer fire Capt. Peter Hacking, 36, and his two children, aged 4 and 22 months, were killed in a car accident on Tuesday when illegal immigrant Margarito Quintero drove his van into their car. Quintero was travelling with two others, who were taken to a local hospital and survived. Quintero has been an illegal alien since 2006 and was deported in 2008 on criminal charges.This man was not supposed to be in the country.
