Ok, I don’t know if you are as sick as I am of this primary season being dominated by non substantive issues as I am, but here is yet another instance of candidates, and their wives, talking about anything but what really matters…taxes…social programs…obamacare…economy…foreign policy…

Most folks have lost sight of the fact that politics should not be about personalty, emotion, and feelings. It should be about issues. I am very disappointed that Ted Cruz has taken the bait and feels it is worth his valuable time to respond to whatever the Trump campaign, or the establishment or anyone else throws at him. It’s not presidential, and it is not what I want in a leader. Do you? Both Trump, and Cruz, … and their wives, … need to stop playing reality TV and run for office, and behave in a dignified manner befitting the office they seek.

Heidi Cruz held a press conference in Wisconsin a few minutes ago responding to Donald Trump, saying that most of the things he says have no basis in reality.

When asked whether the wives of candidates are fair game in this election, Heidi Cruz gave a savvy answer, pointing out that she’s focused on what the Cruz campaign has done and that everything they’ve done has been hopeful and optimistic.
