Devon Washington, 18, was interviewing for a job at Popeye’s in New Orleans when Pablo Ciscart, 50, walked in and asked for change for a dollar. When the cashier opened the drawer, Ciscart reached into the register and grabbed about four hundred dollars and tried to escape. Assistant manager Dominique Griffin had tried to restrain the man at the counter, but he slipped away. The manager conducting the interview blocked the front door and Washington grabbed the man and held onto him until the police arrived.
Ciscart was arrested for robbery and young Mr Washington, by his actions got the job. Congratulations, Mr Washington. You done good.
