[Video] Residents Form a Human Chain to Save a Woman Just in Time

A woman was trapped in her during flooding in Ellicott City and the car was about to be swept away.  A brave group of people formed a human chain and were able to pull the woman to safety just moments before the car washed away.  All told, some 120 people had to be saved from the flood waters, although none quites as dramatic as this one.

This business' foundation was completely ripped out by the violent flood
