While Hillary was covering her tail regarding her email scandal, the FBI was asking the DOJ to investigate connections between the State Dept. and the Clinton Foundation. Well there is a reason behind that:

While the federal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was Secretary of State was underway, “several FBI field offices” asked the Justice Department to investigate the murky connections between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation, but were shutdown, according to a report by CNN.
“Several FBI field offices approached the Justice Department asking to open a case regarding the relationship between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation, according to a law enforcement official,” CNN said late Wednesday.
“At the time, DOJ declined because it had looked into allegations surrounding the Clinton Foundation around a year earlier and found there wasn’t sufficient evidence to open a case,” the report continued.

“We need Gilbert Chagoury to speak to the substance person re Lebanon,” Band wrote. “As you know, he’s a key guy there and to us and is loved in Lebanon. Very imp.”
“It’s jeff feltman,” Abedin responded, referring to Jeffrey Feltman, who was the US ambassador to Lebanon at the time. “I’m sure he knows him. I’ll talk to jeff.”
Feltman told CNN Wednesday that he never met with Chagoury.
We know a top Hillary aide was working for the State Dept. and helping to aide the Clinton foundation. Then the State Dept. turned down the FBI request to investigate the Clinton Foundation. If this isn’t some mafia style business, then I don’t know what is.
