An illegal alien who has already been deported 8 times is facing charges in a hit and run accident that killed two women. If convicted on all charges, he faces only 2 years in prison maximum. Miguel Angel Villasenor-Saucedo, a 40-year-old Mexican national, who is currently living in Louisville, Ky was driving a truck, when he struck and killed the two women before fleeing the scene. He has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
After the warrant was issued, authorities were alerted that Villasenor-Saucedo was a Mexican national living in the United States. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement began investigating him and discovered that he had been deported a whopping eight times already, and he was again residing in the United States illegally. It is unclear how he repeatedly made his way across the border.
If captured by federal agents, he will face a maximum of no more than two years in prison.
