A video has emerged online of what appears to be the Kurdish Peshmerga forces with a reported captured ISIS member crying to his captors. The 55-second video reveals the young man, who is identified as a “suspected ISIS fighter,” wailing with his hands tied behind his back.

Not much is yet known about the video including where where it was shot; one angle reveals a Kurdish flag in the background and reports indicate that the country of origin is Iraq. The video appears to feature another two prisoners seated in the same truck as the one crying.
