This past week when Hillary and her top campaign advisers were meeting and discussing where the money for all of her liberal initiatives would come from.  Robby Mook stood up and began talking:

MOOK: Let me tax your minds for a moment.

Hillary shot out of her chair and declared:

CLINTON: Brilliant!!  We can tax not just the mind but we could also have a surcharge for original ideas, ideas that work and the effective use common sense.

JOE BIDEN: And the best part is only conservatives will have to pay.  And you will be eligible for a refund.
