Juan Vicente Hernandez Leon, was video taped touching a 4 year old girl inappropriately at a restaurant. One of the waitresses saw it and Filmed the encounter on her phone. She put the video out onto the internet in hopes someone could identify him and take his daughter somewhere where she would be safe from this sicko. The police finally identified the man and caught him just before he was to board a bus to Mexico City.
Of course, his wife has come out and denied everything and stated that her husband was a good man. (Who just happened to like molesting his own daughter.)
