James O’Keefe of Project Veritas video #3 and it was quite the disappointment.  He proved his point and tied Hillary and the DNC together with Democracy Partners and proved they did indeed coordinate together.  That is undeniable, but what does it really mean?  Hillary’s supporters don’t care and Trump’s supporters were never going to vote for her and even if found guilty, the most she will face is a small fine.  All three entities will probably pay fines and go on their merry way.

You see, the case will not be tried in a court.  The Federal Election Commission (FEC) will investigate beyond the election and then the punishment will be decided by the six person panel and at least 4 will have to vote in favor of the punishment.  The commission is made up of 3 republicans and three democrats.  Although it’s unlikely the democrats will hold out for acquittal considering the videos, they will not allow Clinton to be sent to jail.  No matter what the Senate would never vote for impeachment, even if she shot someone in view of hundreds of witnesses.

Don’t get me wrong.  I’m not criticizing O’Keefe or Project Veritas.  I think they have done a fantastic job.  I’m just saying at the end of the day, it changes nothing. If Hillary wins the election, she serves with no fear from the FEC.  The truth is although there have been many cases brought brfore the FEC, convictions are rare and anything above a small civil fine are rarer.

It’s nice that they got caught but don’t believe the hype.  It’s inconsequential.
