The Turkish army opened fire on a group of Kurdish civilians even as they waved a white flag. You can see a tank coming at them from up the street and people scattering, then the camera begins moving quickly in odd directions, after the cameraman was hit in the leg. The procession of Kurdish civilians appeared to be funeral or something like that. There were a couple of bodies being moved with a cart.
