It is one of every parent’s nightmares. You turn your back for one second and your child slips through the gate to the pool and falls in. That is what happened to the parents of one two-year-old. Seven-year-old Cesar was walking past the pool, on his way to play video games at his cousin’s house, when he saw splashing and waving arms in the water. He saw the toddler face down in the water and quickly moved to pull him out, thinking that he was going to die.
