Ever since Curiosity landed on Mars in August of 2012, it has sent a steady supply of pictures from the Red Planet, which NASA makes available online and sometimes others will spot something they missed. That could be the case with amateur astronomer Joe White. He could see what looks like a large rock or pile of rocks and he began adjusting the color. Asd he darkened the image, he said it jumped right out at him.
This is what he saw:
Can you tell what it looks like yet? It’s the rocks that appear at the top of the pictures.
Doe that help at all? Then how about the next one?
