See inventive act college student used to prove he was sober to police [video]

It took one quick thinking student to convince cops that he was not a drunkard operating his car.  According to the Daily Caller University of Central Arkansas (UCA) student Blayk Puckett was pulled over by UCA police because of his suspicious driving habits.  Fortunately for him his license plate ‘JUGGLER,’ may have prevented him from getting a ticket and fine.

Puckett, who had been driving home from the campus library realized that he had to drive slow due to a brake light on his car being out.  Unfortunately for him, his evasive maneuvers to prevent being stopped by the police did not work.  He was pulled over and the campus police began their investigation.

One of the investigating officers stated that students like Puckett are often pulled over for driving slow late at night.  He stressed, “A lot of times, especially around a college campus later in the night, the driving gets slower, especially if they almost hit a curb once, it’s a typical indication they might be impaired,” according to YouTube.

Puckett, got a break because while he was being processed by the police, his car’s license plate caught the attention of one of the officers who asked him about it. When the student stepped out of his car, the officer asked, “What is that in your pocket, if you don’t mind me asking?” The student looked a bit startled, but replied: “This is going to sound really weird, but I’m a magician. And it’s a magic prop,” reported Daily Caller.

Fortunately for Puckett, the officers were in a mood to be entertained. They asked if he were a juggler, and they requested that he perform a magic trick.  He said he would and offered one condition. He stated, “You have to get a video of me juggling while I’m getting pulled over.”
