Update: Syed Farook, Devout Muslim, Identified As Suspect In Massacre

Who is the psychopathic, narcissistic suspect ID’d in the devastating San Bernardino massacre? None other than Syed R. Farook.

Farook has been identified by multiple news outlets as one of the suspects in the San Bernardino mass shooting that ended in the death of one male and one female suspect in a gunfight with police.

NBC News is reporting that they have been informed by a source who claims Farook’s brother also is believed to be a suspect.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Farook was the deceased male suspect, though the identity of the dead woman remains unknown at this time.

The paper, citing public records, wrote that a Syed R. Farook was an environmental health specialist for the San Bernardino County government but cautioned that it might not be the same person as the suspect.

Let’s get real, how many individuals named Syed R. Farook are going to be working for the state as an Environmental Health Specialist?

According to New York Daily News a man who claimed to be Farook’s father said his son was a health technician who inspected restaurants and hotels.

“I haven’t heard anything. He worked in a county office,” the man told the Daily News. “He’s married and has a kid. We’re estranged because my wife got the divorce, and they are together. She doesn’t want to see me.”

The man, who was not named by the Daily News, added that his son was a devout Muslim.

“He was very religious. He would go to work, come back, go to pray, come back. He’s Muslim,” he told the newspaper.

Longtime neighbors in Riverside were shocked to hear Farook could be involved with such a brutal attack.

“He was quiet but always polite,” Maria Gutierrez told The News. “Maybe two years ago he became more religious. He grew a beard and started to wear religious clothing. The long shirt that’s like a dress and the cap on his head.”
