SEPTA police say a group of teens got into an all-out brawl in the Philadelphia subway system. A lot of the wild scene was caught on cell phone video.
These fights have gotten so commonplace that Police are now hoping the public can help them. SEPTA has its own transit police force, but it can’t be everywhere.
Philadelphia has CCTV cameras at every intersection, so you would think they’d do the same thing in the subway system?
